Site Approval

Prior to obtaining a liquor license, the site for the establishment must be inspected by various City Departments to assure compliance with the City Code. It is recommended that all applicants go to the One-Stop-Shop, Mondays at 1:30 p.m.

New applicants must wait two years before they are able to operate video gaming terminals at their establishment.  For each of the two years prior to applying for a video gaming license, new establishments have to show that they have had 80% revenue from food or drinks.
