City of Peoria Online Billing System Updated

Residents Using Online Payments for Stormwater Utility or Public Safety Pension Fee Need to Make Changes

February 5, 2021  Due to a system upgrade for the city of Peoria’s online billing, residents paying online bills for the Stormwater Utility and/or the Public Safety Pension Fee should take note of the below changes.

Primary changes include a new website link, new sign on and linking of multiple accounts.

NEW WEBSITE LINK: The payment website link has changed, please update any of your saved links to the new URL: https://selfservice.peoriagov.org/css

NEW SIGN ON (Please use your email address): Your account has been upgraded to use Tyler Identity. This will now require the use of your email address when signing in.   Please use the email address associated with your account as your sign in name.

PASSWORD: If you cannot remember your password, please use the “Forgot Password” link on the CSS homepage. An email will be sent to you with a link and instructions to reset your password.

MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS: If you have multiple accounts under one email address only one of those accounts were transferred to the new system.  Any additional accounts that you have will need to be associated with your new Tyler Identity.  There are instructions on how to do this in the how-to guides.
