FAQ
- Auto payments are available for Stormwater Utility ONLY.
- Pension Fee bills WILL NOT be automatically drafted.
- At this time, only credit cards are debit cards can be used for automatic payments.
- Enrollment for auto pay, can only occur when a balance is due. You must confirm the use of the card you are enrolling with a manual payment, otherwise you will receive message indicating your auto payment enrollment is pending.
- Please review your account on a regular basis to verify your card is still active and that your payments are successful. It is not the responsibility of the City to notify citizens they need to update their card information.
- Clicking on “Bill Detail” under “Manage Bills” will indicate if your account is enrolled in auto pay.
- If you have an existing account, login using your email address and password.
- To create a new account follow the instructions on how to register.
Click on the “Forgot password?” link on the login screen. Follow the directions to reset your password.
Yes, click on “Link to Account” on the Account Summary screen. Complete the required account information and click “Submit” this will now add the additional account to your login.
