Police Online Payments
Pay parking tickets online at City of Peoria - Parking Ticket Payments. Please note, you can only pay online using Mastercard, American Express or Discover.
Questions & Complaints
The Accounts Receivable Office is responsible for central processing of all questions and complaints. Contact our office within one business day of ticket date. If the request is outside our jurisdiction, we will route you to the appropriate individual or agency.
In the event your request for dismissal is denied, you may request a hearing officer review the ticket if you submit your request within 30 days of ticket date. Complete the 'Request for Hearing' form on your ticket.
Payment of Fine
Most parking ticket fines are greatly reduced when paid within seven days of ticket issuance. Payment may be made online or at the City Treasurer's Office:

Mailed payments must be postmarked by the United States Postal Service within seven days of the parking ticket issuance date. Private postal meters are not acceptable proof of mailing date.
Partial payments will result in our offer to settle at a lesser amount to be withdrawn.
Parking Meter Holidays
On the following holidays it is not necessary for you to feed your parking meter:
- New Year's Day
- Martin Luther King Jr. Day
- Good Friday
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Veteran's Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Day after Thanksgiving
- Christmas Day
Unpaid Fine(s)
Individuals with unpaid fines will be scheduled for a hearing before the Administrative Hearing Officer. With 5 or more unpaid tickets, your vehicle is eligible for booting. If you have 10 or more unpaid tickets, we will request the Secretary of State to suspend your driver's license.
Additional penalties and collection costs will be assessed to each ticket:
- Your judgment balance will be referred to a collection agency.
- No City license will be issued to you until all outstanding monetary obligations are paid in full.
