Beginning on Monday, May 1, sidewalk and curb and gutter work will begin at the intersection of W Nebraska Avenue, N Gale Avenue, and N Broadway Street. The work is part of the Gale Avenue mill and overlay construction project and is expected to last until the beginning of August, weather permitting.
Drivers should exercise an overabundance of caution and be extra mindful of workers in the area. Motorists are asked to seek alternative routes while the project is underway to help keep traffic at a minimum and worker safety a top priority.
