(PEORIA, IL) Tuesday, July 18, 2023, at approximately 6:41 p.m. Peoria Police were dispatched to the 4400 block of Cathy Circle on a report of a domestic dispute.
Officers were also alerted that the male suspect at the above location was armed with a handgun.
When
police arrived, the suspect identified as 54-year-old Robert L. Huff exited the residence and was taken into custody without incident.
During a search of the residence, officers located a handgun and a loaded magazine.
Huff was arrested for Aggravated Domestic Battery.
