On Tuesday, December 20, at 12:00 PM, Prairie State Legal Services and staff from the Community Development Department will host a 30-minute informational session entitled, “Resources for Residents/Know Your Rights. Topics will include understanding the renter’s obligations, common eviction notices, month-to-month leases, and the difference between a “Notice to Vacate” and an “Eviction”.
