• Blueprints: Actual cost of reproduction
• Microfilm: Actual cost of reproduction
• Booklets or Specially Produced Items:
  • Produced by the City: Material costs
  • Produced by a commercial firm: Actual charge to the City divided by the number of copies printed
• CD or Other Media Storage Device: Actual cost of reproduction

Document Copies

• Black and White:
  • Less than 50 pages: No charge
  • Over 50 pages: $0.10 per side
• Color: $0.50 per side

Photographs (8.5” x 11”)

• Glossy Photo Paper: $2 per page
• LaserJet Brilliant White: $1 per page
• Plain Paper (Black & White): $0.10 per page
• Plain Paper (Color): $0.50 per page
• All other formats: Actual cost of reproduction

Traffic Crash Reports & Accident Fees

• Traffic Crash Reports (Redacted): $5.00 (Illinois Vehicle Code, 625 ILCS 11-416)
• Accident Reconstruction Fee: $20.00 (Illinois Vehicle Code, 625 ILCS 11-416)

Voluminous Requests (140 ILCS 6/D (6)(A-5))

  • 80 to 160 MB: $40
  • 160+ MB: $100
• Non-PDF Records:
  • 0 to 2 MB: $20
