Permits and Licenses can be applied for on the City's Permit, License, and Event Page.

If work is being done on private property -> 
Permits are managed by the Community Development Department (309) 494-8600 &

If work is being done on public property (i.e. driveway approaches) ->
Permits are managed by the Public Works Department (309) 494-8800

All Licenses are handled by Accounts Receivable (309) 494-8588
