Through the Peoria Role Model Project, the City will expose 150 aspiring youth from economically impacted areas of Peoria to accomplished and inspiring professionals from diverse fields such as business, education, arts, technology, healthcare, and more. These role models will share their experience, knowledge, and insights with the youth, helping them build essential life skills, foster self-confidence, and focus on aspirational goals. The first 50 role models will be revealed at the launch and another 50 will be revealed within the next few months. The project, funded through a grant from the PNC Foundation, will also engage partners, including Peoria Public Schools. Please email any questions.
