Beginning at 7 a.m. on Monday, March 2, lane closures will go into effect in both the northbound and southbound lanes of N. University Street from W. Cherokee Lane to the entrance of the North University Post Office. These closures are necessary for the University Street and Northmoor Road Intersection Reconstruction Project.
Drivers should expect delays and should use extra caution while traveling through the area. The use of alternative routes is strongly advised.
Lane Closures
- The northbound passing lane and turn lanes on N. University Street will be closed to all traffic from W. Cherokee Lane to the entrance of the North University Post Office.
- Westbound and eastbound turns onto W. Northmoor Road will be permitted.
- The southbound passing lane and turn lanes on N. University Street will be closed to all traffic from the entrance of the North University Post Office to W. Cherokee Lane.
- Eastbound and westbound turns onto W. Northmoor Road will be permitted.
