• Allen is a proud native of Peoria and an alumnus of Peoria Public Schools. He returned in 2016 for a career opportunity.

  With over a decade of progressive experience in higher education, Allen has held roles at Eastern Illinois University, Illinois State University, and Methodist College of UnityPoint Health. He previously served as Director of Student Affairs, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Methodist College, where he led all student services and DEI initiatives.
