Biography
I am a retired architect from Chicago. I moved to Peoria 16 years ago and have lectured at OLLI; am the former President and program chair of the Peoria Fine Arts Society, and a current member of the Peoria Camera Club, CIAO artists and Peoria Art Guild. I welcome visitors to my photo studio at Peoria’s Contemporary Art Center (3rd floor). My work is shown in various art galleries.
Artist Statement
Photography has been my creative outlet for years. My subject matter varies widely based on what moves me and is inevitably autobiographical. Art is always an inspiration. Momentary natural light often defines subjects in new ways. Being on the hunt and capturing the moment is my life pursuit. Sharing with others through exhibits, lectures, and design has been gratifying for over sixty years. I appreciate being able to celebrate LIFE!
