   Collection fees appear on annual tax bills. If you believe the amount you have been charged is incorrect, fill out the form on this page.

   City of Peoria staff will review your request and contact you once a determination is made. NOTE: Those residents who receive collection notices about unpaid garbage fees should direct their questions to City of Peoria Office of Accounts Receivable, at (309) 494-8513 or AR@peoriagov.org
