Community Involvement: Mr. Kilgore, a member of Bethel United Methodist Church, is chairperson of the church finance committee. He is also a youth mentor and member-at-large for 100 Black Men of Central Illinois and a board member of Carle Health Services Corp., George Washington Carver Association Community Center, Greater Peoria Economic Development Council, Illinois Central College Foundation, and Midwest Food Bank Board of Advisors.
