Occupation: Attorney Yolanda Riley is experienced in all areas of family law, expungement and sealings, and criminal law. She also provides free legal workshops and counsel through Peoria Public Schools’ Wrap-around Center, where she maintains a special focus on family law and helping clients expunge or seal criminal records, which can help them obtain better jobs, housing and other services.
Community Involvement: Ms. Riley is a board member of ELITE Community Outreach, and a member of Peoria Campaign for Legal Services ( with Prairie State Legal Services), PILI Tenth Judicial Circuit Pro Bono Committee, the Peoria County Bar Association and its diversity committee. She is a former board member of Hult Center for Healthy Living and former president of the Peoria chapter of ACLU. She is involved in many other volunteer activities including coordinating an annual coat drive to benefit children in the child welfare system and voter registration and get-out-the-vote campaigns. She also distributes toiletries and other necessities to people in homeless shelters. She is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc.
