After submittal, leave your cart and materials at the curb until it is collected by GFL during regular collection hours (6 am – 7 pm). GFL may need to contact you. If you do not list a phone number or email address in the form, your missed pickup may not be able to be resolved in a timely manner. The submittal allows our solid waste group to track missed collections and work with GFL to get your material collected. Please note, that you are responsible for your trash until it gets picked up. For those of you that have been managing a neighborhood trash can in Peoria, thank you. We appreciate the many years you emptied the neighborhood can to keep litter off our streets. Now that the City has replaced all existing neighborhood cans with new cans, GFL is responsible for emptying the cans.
