The Grants Management Division oversees and spends federal, state, and local grants in Peoria to support safe and decent housing, non-profit services, and capital improvements.
The Grants Management Division receives federal funding from the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) as well as state and local funding. This money is directed to low-income neighborhoods for affordable housing development, non-profit services, and infrastructure improvements.
Most of this money is made available to housing developers and non-profit service providers who partner with the City to make our community safer and more connected.
