Report a Missed Pickup

2. Need to report a missed pickup? Please complete this form.

   If your material was at the curb on your collection day by no later than 6 am and was not collected by 7 pm, please complete this form. After submittal, leave your cart and materials at the curb until it is collected by GFL during regular collection hours (6 am-7 pm). Collection times may vary. GFL may need to contact you. If you do not list a phone number or email address in the form, your missed pickup may not be able to be resolved in a timely manner.

   The submittal allows our solid waste group to track missed collections and work with GFL to get your material collected. 

   Please note that you are responsible for your trash until it gets picked up. Make sure it is properly secured to avoid littering.
