Peoria Connects is a city-led initiative created to empower and celebrate local businesses, nonprofits, and community organizations by helping them access the funding, tools, and support they need to thrive. Peoria Connects even includes the Banners and Boxes Beautification Program, an upcoming public art installation featuring the talents of local artists! 

The campaign serves as a vital link between visionary ideas and tangible results – guiding local groups through the process of identifying, applying for, and managing public funding opportunities. 

Whether it’s revitalizing neighborhoods through Community Development's Neighborhood Mini Grant Program, upgrading infrastructure like putting in new lighting along Nebraska Avenue, expanding small business operations through Economic Development's Commercial Renovation Grants or Technology Grants, or strengthening public programs like supporting mental health and social and emotional support to young people through Goodwill of Central Illinois, Peoria Connects is committed to supporting projects that generate real, lasting impact.
