Peoria County Trustee Auction Properties

The Peoria County Trustee will be holding an auction of their properties on November 3rd, 2023.

Below is a list of the properties that will be included in the auction. Click each address to view pictures and a list of the property's code violations. 

If you purchase a property with code violations, you will be responsible for addressing the code violations. 

The code violations found at each property only represent the conditions found on the day of the inspection and may not be exhaustive. The City cannot make any claim on the current condition of any property, including up to the demolition of a structure. 

Depending on the repairs needed, you will need to obtain proper permits and use licensed, qualified contractors. Please contact the Development Center at 309-494-8600 for information on permitting or find permit applications online.
