One Stop Shop

One Stop Shop allows residents, contractors, and business owners to meet with the City Staff and regional agencies who review permits (i.e., new sheds, new homes, commercial alterations, etc.) and licenses (i.e., cannabis, liquor, tobacco, etc.) and receive feedback on their projects.

What should you bring to One Stop Shop?

• Project Description
  What is the business or project? What are you planning to build or open? What is the use of the property? What is the address?
• Site Plan
  Where will the construction take place on the property?
• Construction Documents
  Details of the new construction (i.e., height, square footage, etc.)
• The more information you have on hand, the better we can respond to your project!
